REFERRAL FAQ

Q: What is the employee referral bonus?

​

Met someone you think would be a good fit for a position? Refer them! If we hire them, you're eligible for a $125 bonus. If they stay for their entire 90 days, you will receive an additional $125.

Q: Who can participate?

​

A: All employees are eligible to participate in our referral program, excluding in-office staff and administrators.

Q: Who can be referred?

​

A: Anybody that has not previously worked for Transcend Security.

Additional:​

​

  • There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make. All bonuses will be paid accordingly.

  • If two or more employees refer the same candidate, only the first referrer will receive the referral bonus.

  • Referrers are still eligible for bonuses even if a candidate is hired at a later time or gets hired for another position other than the one they applied for.​

  • Bonuses are subject to taxation.

  • We may change our Employee Referral Program over time to add more interesting incentives.

  • We also reserve the right to abolish this Employee Referral Program if it proves ineffective or inefficient. We’ll communicate any change clearly and timely. Employees who referred candidates before the Employee Referral Program was abolished will still receive the appropriate bonus.

  • We’d like to remind our employees that we are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate against protected characteristics. Our referred candidates may take precedence in the hiring process, however all candidates will be given the same consideration.
